Interview and agreement first

For contractor partners

Return a total price, availability, duration, assumptions, exclusions, and warranty information within 24 hours.
After Handled finds you for the customer and hands off the relationship, you manage communication, work, payment, warranties, changes, and disputes directly.
Payment in plain English
The customer experiences the $50 as a reservation payment credited toward the total project quote. Account for it when setting the original quote if necessary. Do not add it back after booking.
$50 is paid to and retained by Handled at booking.
$4,950 is the remaining amount paid directly to you under the accepted scope.
Legitimate approved change orders are handled directly between you and the customer.
Network expectations
Return price, earliest availability, duration, assumptions, exclusions, and warranty information. Repeated nonresponse can pause or end participation.
A confirmed missed appointment removes the contractor from the lead tool. Tell Handled immediately when something changes before the first appointment.
The $50 collected by Handled counts toward the accepted total. Do not add it back to the remaining customer balance.
Project communication, payment, workmanship, warranty, and dispute resolution belong to your business. Do not deflect these obligations to Handled for mediation.
Handled performs monthly public-sentiment audits. AI can surface trends, but a human reviews the evidence. Contractors with a confirmed non-positive trend can be removed.
Contractor terms are provided during partner onboarding while the public agreement is under legal review.
